| Kathie Kaplan has been active in commercial real estate in the Capital Region for more than 20 years. Prior to joining IKON Realty Group, Kathie spent 12 years in commercial real estate with Schuyler Companies of Latham, New York. Kathie has provided her clients with expertise on both suburban and urban office and industrial properties. Her dedication to detail and professionalism have made her an outstanding commercial broker. She has worked extensively with many of the regions medical, professional and non-profit associations. Her past client's include Biz Docs, Hudson Valley AAA, The Aids Council of Northeastern New York, NYS District Attorney's office, Honest Weight Food Co-op, NYS Motor Truck Association, Pioneer Savings Bank and the NYS Ophthalmological Association. Kathie graduated Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. She maintains her professional associations with the Greater Capital Association of Realtors, The Commercial and Industrial Board, NYS Association of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors. Kathie served on the Board of Directors of the Commercial and Industrial Board of the Capital Region. Her community affiliations include her association on the Board of Directors of the Daughters of Sarah Nursing Home. |
